About Ben

Ben is a life time learner, takes on whatever topic/subject that interests him.  He is open to try pretty much any thing, taking on any projects.  Ben is pretty handy, can take a car apart and put it back together and not shy around home remodeling and home improvements.  He is also heavily into technologies, home theater, home automation, cloud platform.  With 30+ years of working in programing, rack/stack, platform, devops, customer support and troubleshooting, Ben is also pretty familiar with computer and the in and out of cloud computing.

Over the year, Ben has spent hundreds (if not thousands) of hours researching for topic of interest.  Those are generally what I am doing at the time and I decided to be come an expert for that subject/topic.  I have always wanted to record the result and finding of those "projects".

Also, there have been many things that I think might be good for prosperity if recorded.

Now that I am no longer working under a schedule, I thought it might be a good time to start writing some of these down and provide some of my experience for others just in case that they found it to be useful/interesting/amusing.

Some of the things that I am thinking to cover are

How to handle aluminum wiring if you have them in your house (generally built late 1960 to early 1970)

Efforts went into our media room (Ventilation, wiring, power requirement, sound isolation)

Solar PV generation, batteries.

Pool maintenances.

Cars and car mods.

Unsure but will likely touch upon some 2nd Amendment issues, in particular regards to California's Anti 2A laws and how to comply and be legal to the letter of the law.
